Transform your culture

…into one committed to equity, equality, inclusion, diversity, and belonging.

Two women sit on a windowsill in an office, engaged in a friendly conversation. Both are smiling, with one holding a laptop. Sunlight streams in from the left, creating a warm atmosphere, with the exterior of another building visible through the large window behind them.
A group of people are seated at a table, sharing a moment of joy and laughter. The focus is on a man with gray hair who is smiling broadly, while others around him clap and laugh, creating a lively and celebratory atmosphere. The table is covered with a colorful striped tablecloth, adding to the festive mood.
A man with dark skin and long dreadlocks holds a microphone and speaks while gesturing with his other hand. He is dressed in a black jacket and stands in a room with other people seated in the background. The atmosphere suggests a discussion or presentation, with the man appearing focused and engaged with his audience. A person with light brown skin wearing a yellow patterned shirt is visible in the background, looking at something on his phone.
A woman with short curly hair and glasses speaks into a microphone while gesturing with her hand. She is addressing a group of seated men, who are attentively listening to her. The setting appears to be a conference or seminar with a dark background.
Keryl McCord, a woman with short gray hair, speaks into a microphone while smiling, addressing a man seated nearby who is laughing heartily. The setting appears to be a casual or semi-formal event, with a flip chart stand visible in the background and exposed brick walls adding to the atmosphere. The interaction between the two suggests a moment of humor or shared enjoyment.
Three people with light skin are seated in a mostly empty auditorium with red chairs, engaged in a conversation. One woman, wearing a purple knit hat and green sweater, holds an object, possibly a recorder or phone, while speaking to a man in a suit and another woman with long gray hair and glasses, who is leaning forward attentively. The atmosphere appears casual and focused.

“This was transformational.”

(This is the feedback we hear most often from clients.)

What they are describing is the profound experience of belonging, where they’re appreciated for their strengths and experiences, and unconditionally welcomed as co-creators in the growing movement for racial, cultural, ethnic and gender equity in the workplace and beyond.

The Dismantling Racism Learning Lab

Our Immersive Workshop

The Dismantling Racism Learning Lab is a group discovery experience informed by decades of working with organizations of all sizes and sorts.

In partnership with our clients, we:

Build empathy through storytelling

Recognize our shared need to live with dignity

Create a shared sense of belonging by building new connections and strengthening old ones

A group of four people are kneeling and standing in front of large sheets of paper on a mirrored wall, writing and placing sticky notes. The participants include a brown-skinned man in a yellow shirt and black cap, a light-skinned man in a pink shirt and face mask, a light-skinned woman with curly hair in a pink sweater, and Keryl McCord, a brown-skinned older woman with gray hair in a dark sweater. They appear to be engaged in a collaborative brainstorming or planning session.

This immersive, transformational group engagement lets us go deeper than traditional DEI exercises, so we can uncover the hidden roots of oppressive ideologies around gender, race, and religion. With this knowledge, we co-create strategies for transforming into an organization that puts racial, ethnic, gender and cultural equity first, in order to create an optimal work environment for success at every level of the organization.

We rally your team and support them with empathy and joy as they engage in a process of co-creation.

A light-skinned woman with short blonde hair, glasses, and a headset speaks while holding a marker and a stack of sticky notes. She is engaged in a conversation with a light-skinned man wearing glasses and a checkered shirt. Both have name tags, with the woman's reading ‘MARIA’ and the man's reading ‘JAIME.’ They appear to be in a group discussion or brainstorming session, with a blurred background of other participants working in the same space.

We lead them through planning exercises as they work together to develop a strategy for transformation.

A light-skinned woman with long brown hair writes on a large sheet of paper on the wall, using colorful markers. Beside her stands a light-brown-skinned man with wavy dark hair, wearing glasses and a bright green polo shirt, who is attentively observing her work. The scene appears to be part of a collaborative brainstorming or planning session, with both participants focused on capturing ideas or information on the board.

We provide your team with powerful tools and practices that empower them to pursue meaningful organizational change.

A person with light skin holds up a tablet, capturing a live event where a group of people are speaking in front of an audience. The tablet screen shows a pie chart and the speakers, who are blurred in the background of the image. The setting suggests a conference or presentation, with attendees seated and focused on the speakers. The image on the tablet provides a clearer view of the ongoing presentation.
