Keryl founded Radical EQ® in the early 2000s, and the company’s list of clients grew rapidly through word of mouth about the effectiveness of our unique workshops. Our diverse team of co-creators brings decades of experience as senior executives in leadership positions with nonprofit organizations and private enterprise.

Radical EQ initially focused on helping arts organizations, but today our clients include private firms, public institutions, social benefit organizations, government agencies, and corporations.
