Headshot of Lisa Mount, a light-skinned woman with short gray hair, smiles warmly at the camera. She is shown from the chest up, wearing a light blue blouse, and her expression exudes friendliness and approachability. The background is softly blurred, featuring warm tones, which keeps the focus on her face. The overall composition suggests a candid and welcoming portrait.
