Nisa Betancourt is a Public Relations professional based out of the New York City area, simultaneously making a profound impact through her four-year journey with Radical EQ.

A proud alumna of Rutgers University, Nisa earned her dual degrees in Communications and Theatre Arts in 2020, equipping her with a deep understanding of the art of storytelling and the significance of effective communication.

Nisa firmly believes that anti-racism work is essential in dismantling systems of injustice and in shaping a more just and equitable world. She sees it as the catalyst for creating a society where every individual, regardless of their racial or ethnic background, can enjoy the same opportunities, rights, and privileges.
