Intended for department managers across all functions, through practical exercises, role-playing, structured presentations, group discussions, and collaborative problem-solving, participants will learn how to drive change across their teams, facilitate inter/intra departmental communication, and empower their respective departments to contribute to building and maintaining a cohesive organizational culture.
